Ok... just tried Benefits Sunbeam. LOVE IT!!!!!
A beautiful true gold, no pink at all.
It is not a bronzer per say, just gives you a gleam. Not shimmery, just a highlight.

Hi Produits!

I have been recently using TH rejuvenating serum and Osea APC together with a toner, whatever I have on hand (right now, either Santa Maria Novella lavendar water or Le Mieux Essence Toner.). I find this combination to be truly wondrous!
I agree that APC is one of the most enduring products of all. It is really, truly a stand out and I attribute my good skin to it (I've used it for years and years). Whereas the APC is more firming, the TH serum, I find, evens my skin tone and gives me more of a poreless look. When I need more moisture and less firming, or am going to layer with a tinted moisturizer, I just use TH serum and a good moisturizer (right now, Devita Ultrahydrate--cheap and good).

Avalange, thank you for all of your informative input on Osea.

Do you use TH rejuvenating serum with Osea APC or at separate times?

I am older than you, and find APC slightly more performing than TH rejuvenating serum.

Please, it would be great to have thoughts on the TH replenishing nutrient complex, Osea vitamin boost, Osea vitamin sea serum or other amazing support!

Thank you

You are all too sweet, thank you!!!
On another note, this can also be an update to my copper peptide horror story--my skin rebounded in a couple of years, and in my opinion doesn't look like it has suffered permanent damage at all.

I credit good diet (green smoothies!) sleep, less stress, and Osea/TH with bringing me back into the "looking good for one's age" realm.

Happy with my skin, with the simplicity of my routine, and lack of need for extreme solutions at this point. I hope everyone I've been chatting with here over the years finds a similar balance!

Avalange, had you not posted your age, I honestly would have guessed you to be around 23 years old. You certainly can tell you know what you're doing in taking care of your skin. Simply lovely! ♥

Hi!

I get firming and plumping from APC. Plus a dewy--but more satiny--finish as well as a refreshed, invigorated skin tone.

It's my go-to beauty cream. It delivers and you won't be disappointed!

FYI: don't use it on recently peeled or overly sensitive skin. It's very "active" and could induce redness or irritation. It works best on skin that is balanced and not irritated in any way.

Hi egyptiangoddess,

I don't normally dilute APc but I have in the past with rose otto capsules, and sometimes I'll layer it over some hydrating oil.

Usually I do that in the winter, but I like to use APC more for Spring/summer. That's the way I conserve it these days!

Hope that helps!

PS so curious to hear how you like the samples

Thank you avalange! So you just use it straight then? Are there any sort of benefits you get from the APC? ie firming/plumping, that sort of thing? Sorry for the questions! I'm very excited for the samples. I'll let you know what I think. Very Happy Thanks again Smile

Oh I will for sure DM!! I'm hopeful the samples will arrive this week! You should look up the reviews for the APC on MUA. The APC has red algae as the 2nd ingredient, DPHP or "Skinlift" as the 3rd. It's very concentrated. It also contains squalene, glycerin, a few oils, vitamin c and e and chamomile and calendula. I will test it and report back on what I get with it. Very Happy I'm also getting samples of the white algae mask so I'll share my thoughts on that as well. Smile I hope they really did send the samples! I emailed and asked if they offer samples due to having reactive skin and they wrote back saying yes we just need your address! So I gave them my address and they didn't say anything after that so I'm thinking (and hoping) they sent the samples Very Happy

Oh it has aloe as well. I can't link it but there was a post by produits (I think) on another thread where she said she tried on some of the APC at the store and when she got home, her husband asked her if she just had a facial. LOL!

Yes, they were very nice Smile They wrote back in a couple of days and asked for my address so they could send samples. (I said which products I was particularly interested in trying, which was the APC and the white algae mask.) Although I'm actually particularly interested in trying everything they have lmao. Hey Everybody--

I'm going to contact Osea and ask about the possible change in formulation. I have a long-standing relationship with them, so I'm fairly confident I can get the details on what's going on. I'm also close to the end of my tub of APC, so I'm crossing my fingers that it hasn't changed a bit!!!!

Because of it's plumping/satinizing effect, I think it is an optimal cream for softening lines and giving a dewy, more youthful texture to mature skin. And because of the DPHP (sp?) in it, it is supposed to work cumulatively to tighten and tone the skin, too. So I think it is an excellent product to use throughout your 30s as well as in your 60s! I will continue using it, at any rate!
