First post here with a question regarding the A.Q. Doctor. After reading the comment here, a quick google search turned up a previous product for hair loss marketed by the same company that didn't work for a lot of people and they complained that the marketing before and after photos were faked. Seems like sour grapes to me. I've tried several shampoos/supplements for hair loss but I wouldn't accuse the marketers of being dodgy.

Given that his current product seems to work for reputable people, is there any other reason to think this doctor is dodgy?

perhaps you can start a new thread, if were gonna go down this road, its really a different product. and I'd hate to confuse it with RL. Not your fault for asking here at all, but if all want to discuss this further I think a new thread.

Actually just recalled there is an AQ thread in skincare section, perhaps we can chat about it there.

eta: ok bumped that thread

I would suggest those starting this to take a picture, not for others to see, jsut for yourself, we get so use to what we see in the mirror all the time, we forget what we were seeing!!!

I know for myself when I saw older pics compared to what I see now, I was shocked, even I didn't know how much this was doing.

Hope that makes sense.

I'll be very interested in finding out how you get on, bethany, as your age and skin (complexion and, I believe, type) are the same as my own.

I'll be sure to provide lots of details for you. Smile

Bethany and Keliu you both have beautiful skin already. mumbles under breath, no wrinkles either.

I am going to say my overall skin tone is improving, slowly. My skin actually has a bit of a natural glow today with no make-up on. I am very pleased with the progress I am seeing.
I want everybody else to see the same on their own skin. Regardless of which product they choose to put and wherever they choose to put it. Be it face, chest or butt.
Very Happy

Loop, thank you...I definitely do have some wrinkles, but I do attribute having less than I would to dermarolling.

I think that is a very good point!

I was about to press the "Buy" button. I need to know the goss!

Ok, received the low-down. I'll blab - just another dodgy doctor (nothing new!!!)

Why are all the companies involved in stem cells so obscure? If this technology is all it's cracked up to be, why hasn't Loreal, Olay, EL jumped into it? And why are the reputable doctors, like DrF and DrS using plant stem cells instead?

Anyway, I'll order the Reluma and give it a try. I won't be dividing my face up to try different topicals because I've got too many on the go at the moment - I'd have to divide my face into about eight sections! So they'll all just be piled on top of each other, in an incredible anti-aging cocktail (I hope!)

rofl
I now have a vision of you with an eyeliner pencil and ruler dividing your face into equal sections. I am not even brave enough to do a Half face trial, incase one side suddenly looks so much better than the other.

Frodo
I am really sorry about your vertigo. Been there suffered from it, it truly is debilitating. Hope you are feeling better now.

I bought the serum since it was on sale at TIA but they only had the smaller size in stock, which is fine. Smile It's still a lot cheaper than the *other* serums which I've spent a fortune on and have had no luck with.

Quick update from me, my redness from the eczema is completely gone. I am thrilled by this. Please note that my patch of eczema is still there (meaning it is dry and flaky still) but, again, the redness is gone. I am so happy about this that I am now going to use the Reluma on my neck, as well. I have Poikiloderma of civatte (I know I am a complete mess!) on my neck, which is a reddish/brown discoloration. I want to see how the Reluma does on that discoloration.

That is great news...I am very interested to hear about the neck results. Has any one had results with hyperpigmentation that is not using PMD? I have some spots along my jawline that need to go!

They do have a serum with "ligtening" in it. Not sure if that one wouldn't be better for that or not.

Tiny, I have appx 8 weeks to go & struggling (I'm huge w/extra fluid not helping any). So I totally deserve to treat myself to some goodies, hehe. I've been using ReLuma eye serum for awhile now and couldn't pass up a savings on the serum. Smile I've had no reaction to the eye serum which is a miracle for me, hasn't caused any issues, woot! I've used AnteAge & Lifeline before and it's just too drying for my under eye area.

I SO agree, and from now on I am sticking to the basics; Environ C-Quence, topical estriol cream, and dermarolling/needling. No growth factors, no anything-that-hasn't-been-proven-to-work stuff whatsoever. Very Happy

I need to contact you separately about the estriol cream...I am not familiar with that, but do not want to derail the RL thread.
