Upon posting my most-recent photo (in January/early Feb.), I received kind compliments about my "amazing skin", as well as inquiries about what I'd been using.

Kindly note: I had experienced a huge break-out on my chin that week, with some big zits on my chin. Apparently, these were invisible to both the eye and the camera. Shock

What had I used as a concealer & foundation? Amazing Concealer and Amazing Cosmetics Velvet Mineral Powder Foundation.

The concealer: a little goes a loooooong way,and very little is needed to camoflage big imperfections. Kindly note that I have natural, life-long, dark circles under my eyes ... dark ones, and this nearly covered them, completely.

I bid "Adieu!" to M.A.C's Studio Concealer (which I've used for 12 years), as I have found a better product ... not owned by the Lauder empire.

Amazing Cosmetics' Amazing Concealer is simply that: amazing! If you caught the review in People Magazine this week, even apes such as King Kong agree Very Happy

(sigh! M.A.C was a much cooler, better company before Lauder bought them, ten years ago!)

I've been eyeing the Amazing Cosmetics range at Sephora.com for the longest time. So happy EDS is now carrying it. Very Happy

How's the texture of the concealer? Would I need an eyecream before using on my dark circles?

What are the ingredient? The site doesn't list them.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't mineral oil comedogenic?? I think I also read that lanolin was too. There was a website I found that listed how comedogenic and how irritating different ingredients were.

here it is:
http://www.zerozits.com/Articles/acne_detective/article6.htm#inglist

Ok, I was wrong. It got a zero on the comedogenic factor! And I guess lanolin is only comedogenic when it's acetylated lanolin!
