Ok, Let me start off that I'm 17! I started getting acne when I was 11. I am African American, I orginally had a light Peanut Butter brown complexion. Ever since I've been 15, the acne has stopped dramatically & I may break out in 1 or 2 pimples every 3 months which I can live with. But now I have all these black marks & uneven skin to live with!! It's given my face a very very dark uneven skin tone! I have spots here and there... and where the spots healed, they didn't heal my skin back to it's like skin tone. It's dark mainly in my cheek areas and forehead. It looks really horrible. Also my face look like it's dented, I can't explain it... It looks like You can't really see my skin that well anymore. I've tried alot of stuff... alot of methods people told me over the internet & nothings helped. I must have wasted a fortune on stuff over the years that didn't do anything. I'd say, my face has gotten 4 shades darker than what my normal complexed skin used to be... My mother says my skin could have gotten darker from all the products I've been using on my face...... I don't know what to do.... I'm really tired of it looking like this!!! |

We are in the same boat, only I am 29 . I have recently managed to stop my outbreaks after spending $$$ on PTR and skinceuticals products. Now I am looking for something to clear up the spots that I have on my forehead and chin.
All suggestions are welcome. |
