Has anyone ever tried taking MSM (Methyl Sulfonyl Methane)for your skin, hair & nails? I tore a ligament in my ankle running, and the physical therapist told me to take 1500mg a day of MSM, that it would help repair the damage and help with the healing.
So I tried it and after about a month, my hair and nails were growing like weeds! My nails were as hard as iron, stopped splitting & breaking, and I noticed that I didn't have my usual PMS breakout.
I asked my doctor about it, and he said that rapid hair & nail growth is the only "side effect" from taking this supplement.
I was just wondering if anyone else tried it and noticed that too? |
