Do these really help fight signs of aging skin?
If so, where should I purchase and what size needle should I start with?
My goal is to enhance absorption of retinoids and to fight wrinkles, sagging, the whole nine yards.

You might want to start with the Leaf & Rusher, which is the smallest needle size (o.13mm, I think) you can get, and is for topical product enhancement. If you are dealing with scars, want to produce more collagen etc then you'll probably need about 0.50-0.75 needle size. Just google it...you can find them on ebay the cheapest.
For sagging, drooping and other effects of gravity, consider something that will strengthen and shape the underlying muscles, like Flex Effect (a facial exercising regimen). I've been doing it since June, and really like the effects. Topicals can only do so much! www.flexeffect.com |

There is a long thread on Dermaroller:

I agree with Chocolat that FlexEffect is a good facial exercise program, I have been doing it for about the same time as Chocolat and find it being helpful.
We need to fight age from all angles:
Skin Topical
Various skin regimens
Facial Muscles
Facial exercises can help
Skin/overall body
Vitamins, supplements
Diet
Exercise |
