Hi Girlies
Well I thought I would leave it go for another 2 weeks before I popped on and wrote on the forum to tell you all if anything has happened to my Pigmentation. I also ordered the Vanessa Wild book on MSM - just to get some more info.
The book advised most women were on 8,000 to 15,000 Mg a day for 7 weeks until they saw any real improvements. So I have pumped up my MSM to a heaped teaspoon in the morning and a heaped teaspoon in the evening + Vit C. That is approx between 8-10,000 a day of MSM. So far no side affects also - great!!
So its been my 5th week and I must admit no other changes have appeared - however I am not giving up as many of the women in the book took months until they saw any changes with MSM.
I will post every 2 weeks - so I dont drive everybody insane. Merry Xmas and Happy New Year to all the girlies.

Good luck Kezza and a Merry Christmas to you too.
I'm taking about the same amount of MSM as you a day, but not for melasma. Just to keep my skin and hair healthy and also my joints as I shattered my wrist 18 years ago. I haven't got any arthritis at this stage and I don't want any.

| I started MSM and Vit-C last June (2007). From 2000mg MSM /day and jumped to 15000mg/day since August (2007). For 11 months (till June, 2008) I did not really see any improvement on my melasma but 3 times yeast infection. The good part is it surly helped my lower back pain. |
