Has anyone used either product? I'm interested in getting a hair removal device I can use at home. (I've lurked on these forums from time to time to read reviews and advice; your expertise really impresses me!) Thanks for your input!

Bumping this post. Now that both devices have been out for quite awhile, anyone like to share their results?

This is a pretty good review by someone that used both- http://hairremoval.about.com/b/2009/04/29/tria-vs-silkn.htm
I think the tria had more permanent hair loss in the review. Although I read somewhere else that the today show had a comparison and the silkn was better? So I'm not sure. It's my next big purchase so I'm trying to figure it out myself. |

Thanks, lagomorph. The feeling I get from the first review is that, in the long run, Tria is more effective.

I saw this today at Shoppers Drug Mart in Canada. Was tempted to buy it as it was 20X points day. I was told that it would be $170.00 in points if I bought it today. It was retailing for $500.00.
