I have always wanted to try those tooth whitening strips, but I am worried about any adverse effects.
Has anyone ever used it that can recommend a brand that actually works?
Thank you!

Crest Whitestrips works, but I couldn't use it because my teeth were very sensitive. So now I use Plus White, it doesn't work as fast but at least I can use it.

I really like the Supersmile toothpaste and whitening gel.

Also after using it my dentist said my teeth were in great condition and barely needed any cleaning.

kind of expensive for toothpaste though

Yeah, Crest works really well and fairly fast, but you risk sensitivity issues. I've also switched to Plus White. Do a youtube search on "kandee johnson and teeth whitening" and you'll find a video that teaches you how to make your own teeth trays for the Plus White gel

crest strips but are careful not to have problems with sensitive teeth or gums ... I got tested and it hurts, my gums were in bad condition.
Now I use Supersmile toothpaste ... There are many choices of perfume, the tube lasts a long time and the effects are great, without attacking.
