I would say that this toner is most suitable for people with dry or sensitive skin.
I use it only in the evening and I like the feeling that it really calms down my skin and it gets very soft. I do not like toners in spay form and I would like to have “the old” toners back. I prefer to spray this toner in my hand and put the spray on my face with my
