I got a sample of this and I will definately purchase the actual size soon.

The ultimate treatment for your lips!

Product Details:
A highly effective lubricant for dry and chapped lips. Natural vegetable oils moisturise and help soften the lips, while Chamomile, Rose and Marshmallow extracts soothe. Voted the most popular and beneficial lip balm - check it out in IN STYLE magazine. A definite must-have!
Benefits: DIRECTIONS: Apply to lips daily. In the sun use Jurlique Herbal Sun lotion on top of Jurlique Lip Balm.
Key Ingredients: Chamomile, Evening Primrose Oil, Rose, Cocoa Butter, Jojoba Oil, Ylang Ylang Essential Oil, Shea Butter, Marshmallow
Ingredients: Castor oil, safflower oil, beeswax, shea butter, chamomile extract, rose and marshmallow, jojoba oil, evening primrose, cocoa butter, carrot oil, ylang ylang oil, soy lecithin, pepper oil

I was using Kiel's lip balm before I started on this one. My lips were always still dry after faithfully using Kiel's for years. I thought it was the best I could find but this Jurlique one is much better. My lips are no longer dry and they are plump (i think, maybe just my imagination...hehe). It makes my lips slightly pink. It does have a funny herbal smell though but I got used to it pretty fast.

I have a tube of this on my bedside table and have been using this recently since the Cococare ran out. I do like it but still prefer my Decleor lip balm (yum!) in the end.

Btw, here's some previous posts on the the Jurlique if you're interested:

As far as I'm concerned, it's really worth it! It's a lighter balm than the Jurlique though IMO so it depends on the texture you like. But bonus is it makes my lips appear fuller (thanks to the cinnamon in it according to Carrie, who also had the same results with it).

i have a tube at home but haven't gotten around to using it, now i am really curious. i didn't want to open too many products as i am still using up my dr Hauschka lip balm and weleda everon...but i think i am going to try this one tonight Laughing

mabsy have you tried the dr H and weleda yet? just want to know how these compare to jurlique and decleor. i am always in need of lip balms and have a thing for stocking up on them. i find the dr H quite pricey and not "WOW" in terms of moisturising, though i really like the scent and the texture. i would love to try other brands! thanks...

Weleda has a lip balm? Not so sure I needed to know that.... Smile

I have tried both the Dr H stick and the jar. I've finished the stick but still have the jar. I like it for its scent but Decleor beats it. Here's a previous comparison because I had already tried the Decleor by the time I reviewed the Dr Hauschka one http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=1992 HTH

yes dear weleda has a lip balm!
it is much cheaper than dr hauschka for sure. i got mine from beautycentereurope website.
the texture is rather dry/matte/hard so it really does not look promising, but i am liking it, i layer it with dr h as they are more moisturing when combined.

you have convinced me! decleor here i come Laughing

Luckily dry/matte/hard lip balm doesn't excite me enough to make it my sole purchase - but I'm sure I'll get around to it when I buy more Weleda bath stuff Smile Please let me know what you think of the Decleor if you try it... TIA

I didn't find Jurlique's lip balm to be super great in the first couple of times I applied it. But, as I use it more my lips are no longer dry in the morning, like carekate said. I started using it without any expectation and maybe this is why I found it so great.

what is the full name of decleor lip balm? stupid me can't seem to find it in EDS.

also a bit OT here, based on your experiences which one of these mask should i get Confused
- dermalogica multivitamin power recovery masque
- yonka mask 103
- juvena Q10 triple action mask

actually i really want to try valmont renewing pack but they aro so d*** expensive Sad

i am also thinking of getting jurlique deep penetrating cream mask and the face wash cream as i love them very much and want to stock up. so if any of the above is similar to this i won't need it LOL i also have jurlique moor purifying mask, dr hauschka firming mask and dr hauschka rejuvenating mask. i can never get enough of mask!

also want to get yonka juvenil (heard good reviews about this) for my stubborn cystic acnes. aaarrrghh!

really appreciate any advise to pare down my shopping list. thanks!

forgot to add that i basically can use any kind of mask (purifying, hydrating, firming, nourishing, anti-ageing etc) except exfoliating ones, since i already exfoliate my skin enough.

my skin is very oily, with open pores and very prone to cystic acne along the jawline and on my cheeks. not very pretty i know Sad

I don’t think they have the Decleor Lip Balm available at EDS. My jar is at home but I think it’s name is something like Decleor Aromessence Lip Balm, oh here it is: http://www.spaskin.com/skincare/face/Decleor%20Lip%20Balm-15289.html

BTW, if anyone wants to try the Jurlique lip balm, I have a half of a tube left that I’m probably never going to use because I literally do have over a 100 lip balms in my inventory and am constantly buying new ones or concocting my own recipes! If you want it, send me a PM with your mailing info. First come, first serve!

Also, Poppy, in addition to Yonka Juvenil, I HIGHLY recommend you also try the Yonka Emulsion Pure (or make yourself some of the homemade version). I honestly believe that every woman should have a bottle of Yonka EP in her medicine cabinet to zap one of those horrid “Mt. Vesuvius” type bumps in its path when she first feels it coming on, before it has a chance to become full-blown (or bring it to an immediate head so you can extract the gunk and start the healing in less than a day)!

no wonder i couldnt find it here!

carekate thanks so much for your tip, i have added the EP to my ever-growing shopping list (was actually hoping to reduce the list LOL)

your jurlique lip balm offer sounds really tempting but i am in asia though so that might be quite inconvenient for you.

that's awfully nice of you to offer.
ah..sarahb is not alone in her lip balm * spam alert * then Laughing

It's the aromessence lip balm, part of their aromatherapy line. It's the last item listed in the Aromatherapy section of Decleor on EDS: http://www.essentialdayspa.com/Decleor_Aromatherapy.htm HTH

Update: Jurlique lip balm is no longer available, TAMGirl is the lucky 'winner.' Smile
