Usage

Apply Thalgo Gentle Eye Makeup Remover Eyes and Lips with cotton pads every evening. Wait for a few seconds while makeup dissolves, and then gently cleanse the eye contour, eyelashes and lips without rubbing.

Valmont Prime Regenera I is too oily to me
I also found Prime Regenera causes my combo skin to get shiny as well. Fr the Silicone in the formulation, I suspect.
